Something I came across that was absolutely worth repeating.

Life is a theatre.  Invite your audience carefully.  Not everyone is healthy enough to have a front row seat in our lives.  There are some people in your life that need to be loved from a distance. It's amazing what you accomplish when you let go, or at least minimize your time with draining, negative, incompatible, not going anywhere relationships/friendships.  Observe the relationships around you.  Pay attention.  Which ones lift and which ones lean?  Which ones encourage and which ones discourage?  Which ones are on a path of growth uphill and which ones are going downhill?  When you leave certain people, do you feel better or feel worse? Which ones always have drama, or don't really understand, know or appreciate you?  The more you seek quality, respect, growth, peace of mind, love and truth around you, the easier it will become for you to decide who gets to sit in the front row and who should be moved to the balcony of your life.  You cannot change the people around you.  But you can change the people you are around.

Hey folks! No I haven't forgotten about you guys. I came across a really good passage that I'd like to share. Author unknown...Words to live by...

"We are all learning to become Winners. Remember that winners do not always win, and winning would not feel so good if we have never lost."

We are certainly ALL winners in some way. I hope you consider yourself to be one in this dance of life.

Hello and Happy Holidays! I cannot believe it's that time of year already. Christmas shopping and parties not to mention all the good foods (mostly sweets) that goes along with this festive time of year.

I haven't posted in some time but with good reason. There's always an excuse right! I gave birth to Sabrina Rose on June 12, 2007. Boy is she cute...but having a newborn certainly keeps you on your toes. It's been busy to say the least. But my children start modeling young...my son Hayden who just turned 5 had his first modeling job when he was 3 months old. Sabrina landed a spread in Parents Magazine which will come out in January. Unfortunately she was only 4 months old...hahahaha...we like to start them young.

Merry Christmas and Happy New Year to you and yours! Let's make next year a good one.

Good afternoon! Can you say nice weather? I can...hopefully the nicer weather will be approaching us soon. But let's enjoy this springtime. What's not to love! Beautiful flowers rising from the ground, budding trees and how about those morning doves. What an amazing time of year.

A few weeks ago I wrapped up a shoot in NYC with photographer Jennifer Parris with Stork Magazine through Expecting Models. Very shortly those pregnancy images will be posted. We did some pretty awesome shots that I think you'll enjoy.

I'd also like to point out that anyone interested in blogging about my work or anything can do so on this web site. Click on the comments section under my last entry. That should open up a pop up window asking you what you'd like to say. Once you make your entry, and I approve it, the remark or question should be listed under the comment section. Simply click that area!

Well enjoy this nice time of year. I hope to connect with you real soon.

Happy Modeling,

Good afternoon! As some of you may know I'm heavily involved with Motherless Daughter meetups. We've had successful meetings since May 2006. A women from Something in Common Retreats recently contacted me to tell me about a wonderful thing they are doing. Their group holds high-end writing and reading retreats for women experiencing all sorts of issues. In December of this year, they are holding a retreat for Motherless Daughters at a private estate in upstate NY. There will be reading and writing workshops provided by top universities. All women will have a chance to interact with other women who have lost their mothers. This is a great opportunity for motherless daughters to grieve and discuss their mothers and experiences in a supporting and therapeutic environment.

For more information please see their web site @ www.somethingincommonretreats.
